Unboxing video required

Please record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened. The video should show the package, label, product, and issue without cuts. This proof is required for return or replacement support.

Product condition

Products must be unused, clean, and kept with the received packaging wherever possible. Used, damaged after delivery, or incomplete items may not be eligible for return support.

How we review

Once you send the unboxing video and details, our team reviews the issue and replies with the available solution. Depending on the case, we may guide a replacement, exchange, or other support option.
